Below are three articles about the bilingual process at the San Diego Natural History Museum. Beyond Translation: Towards Better Bilingual Exhibitions was written by former senior exhibit developer Erica Kelly (now Director of Exhibit Content at the Monterey Bay Aquarium) and consultant Amparo Leyman Pino. I was the author of Bilingual Multimedia in Exhibitions. Both of these articles advanced our knowledge of how visitors accessed the museum's  bilingual interpretation. Our research was launched from data outlined in the Bilingual Exhibit Research Initiative: Institutional and Intergenerational Experiences with Bilingual Exhibitions (2013) in which the San Diego Natural History Museum was a research site. Both of these articles were published in Exhibition in 2016.

A third article, Blended Language Programming: An Emerging Model to Promote Inclusion and Learning, was a written my Amparo Leyman Pino, myself, and Vicki Wawerchak, Director of Guest Experience at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. This article was published in Informal Learning Review, No. 159, November?December 2019.
